Slurry Treatments
With the separation of the fractions (solid from liquid), we obtain a concentration of the most important part of the nutrients in the solid fraction. In no case do we reduce any nutrient. This is why Mecaniques Segalés, continuing our aim to provide solutions for livestock farmers have designed plants to meet these needs.
Starting from the premise that slurry is a fertilizer and that the solid fraction has significant financial value, regarding the nutrients it contains, we have looked for ways to increase this value by means of composting. In the liquid fraction as well, in order to adjust the nutrients to the land the livestock farmers have close to their operation, while always seeking to balance the cost of this reduction in nutrients is not higher than their transportation to further than 5 km from the farm.

With these treatments we achieve various objectives:
