Maximum use of the resulting fractions
Any cattle casuistry is solved with máximum performance from both separated fractions.
Our equipment are designed to fix sieves from 250 microns up to 1 mm and to get up to 35% of dry matter from the solid fraction.
The resulting liquid can be used for spread irrigation and in case there is a need for nitrogen and phosphorous máximum reduction please find further information into (Microfiltration plant and NDN) and (Flocculent plant).
Our screw separators are designed to adapt various types of screw to separate any type of matter, for example:
Straw bedding has largeer particles and more difficult to remove the water.
Same straw bedding with smaller particles and fine are easier to remove the water.
And same straw bedding with small sawdust are easier to remove the water and compacting process is faster.
Solid fraction may be reused as cattle bedding with or without 5 days disinfecting treatment (find further information into “composted material for cattle bedding”).
For flushing cleaning, RAM equip may be fixed up to the separator (KOMPACK 1, KOMPACK 2 and KOMPACK 4) for a pre-separation process and liquid fraction from it may be reused for following cleanings keeping same properties as solid fraction.
