Mobile Separation

Mobile Separation Porcine
Mobile Plants
On many farms, annual slurry treatment is too little*(see example), so it is more profitable to contract an external service (to carry out this work two or three times per year). The service is specialised in providing solutions to their problems and also to advise them on the most appropriate post-treatments for their needs.
The external service is a good solution. Installation costs are avoided and they don’t have to do work they are not specialised to do.
Livestock farmers associations or groups of farms in close proximity are using this service by purchasing a mobile plant which covers their needs.
It is important that access to the work areas is outside the health safety perimeters of the farm.

Features of the Mobile Plants:
  • Designed according to the volume to be treated.
  • Can be attached to a tractor platform, tractor trailer, etc.
  • An electricity generator can be added.
  • With vibrating sifter machinery if the liquid is to be used for drip irrigation.
  • Includes volume-measuring meters.
  • Hosepipe connections with rapid coupling.
  • Limitless discharge, elevated and mobile, for easy storage of the solid.
  • A pump or mixer may be incorporated.
  • A feeder pump may be incorporated.
  • Electric panel to control all the parts.
