PURPOSE

To obtain a greater reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus from the liquid fraction resulting from the separator or separator with ramp.

With this treatment we will obtain two fractions: the liquid and the semi-liquid. From it we get that in the semi-liquid fraction (which will have approximately 11/14% dry matter) it remains about 35% of the nitrogen and 80/85 of the phosphorus.

The volume of this fraction regarding to the entry will be approximately 20%.


Product result of a complete plant

It is always applied after a separation team, so we will have three products left on the farm:
- Solid fraction (coming out from the separator) 20/35% of dry matter.
- Semi-liquid fraction (coming out of the ramp with the flocculant) 11/14% of dry matter.
- Liquid fraction.
