Plastic Industry
A first filter with the 500 micras ramp (with a minimal energy consumption) to go straight away to the separating baler living the plastic almost dry.
For plastic salvage we use a high quantity of water mixed with small particles of it. It implies lots of problems with traditional equipments of liquid-solid separation, as they stay inlayed in the sieve.
At Mecaniques Segalés we designed the compack 1 equipment with a cleaning system and brushes that avoid any inlay of particles, improving the filtrating productivity, altogether with a separator to dry as much as possible the extracted solids.
For the reuse of the liquid fraction we add in a series a FILVI filter which cleans it up to 100 micras.
Paper industry
For the productive process of the industry we generate a high quantity of residues with a liquid shape, with a % of solids from 4% to 11%. With our equipments we can reduce that volume from 15% to 20%.
Fruit industry
It is always more important to differenciate from our competitiors and those equipments help us created an added value to our product, in order to make the left over fruits profitable by pressing them and selling their juice.
